This is a collectors plate by Higgins Bond-Illustrator has had her illustrations seen on T.V. from books to figurines to postage stamp with a list of clients such as the USPS, UNPA, the Smithsonian, NBC and more. Her items have been displayed at museums and she has won numerous awards and honor. This is a new, never been out of the box, 1979 Ed. Bethlehem Christmas. All the paperwork that came with the plate is with it, including the COA. It is in its original box. Plate # 02621. |
