    All plates are in there origional box,never displayed,with all Certificates and incerts. Plates that are purchased for $100.00 or more, free shiping to the buyer. I accept money orders and credit cards on line thru Pay Pal. Items will be shipped the next working day after cleared payment has been recieved.Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurence costs through USPS priority mail unless other arrangements have been made.I will not ship collectibles using  economy shipping due to increased chances of breakage.
