This is a beautiful 8 1/4 inch in diameter 1992 collector plate from artist Linda Picken. The title of this issue in the "Man's Best Friend" plate collection is "Making Waves," and this is plate number 2091A in that issue. The seaside showing a black and white dog playing in the surf is surrounded by gold trim on the plate's rim. The plate comes from The Hamilton Collection. I do NOT have any of the original packaging or documentation (no COA). Shipping weight will be just over 1 pound ($10.99 via Priority Mail). Condition: The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or crazing. I do not see any wear in the gold trim. There may be some very mild wear and discoloration on the bottom base ring.
