The box and flyer (there was no certificate issued with this plate) are worn while the plate itself is pristine. All of my nearly 175 plates came to me from a single collector. They have never been displayed and the plates themselves are in mint condition unless otherwise noted. The rating I have given them takes in to account the condition of the box and presence or absence of the original packing box.
