From the Franklin Mint in 1991, this limited edition fine porcelain plate is part of The Royal National Rose Society series titled "The Majesty Of Roses." This edition is titled "Fragrant Glory (Large Flowered Roses)", this is plate number C8149 in the edition, and the artist is Roseanne D. Sanders. The plate is 8 1/4 inches in diameter, and has gold trim on the rim. I do not have any of the original packaging or documentation. Shipping weight will be just over 1 pound. Condition: The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or crazing. I see no wear in the design, and almost no wear in the gold trim. There is some very slight wear and discoloration on the bottom base ring. Domestic shipping will be around $11. International will be between $16 and $23
