Put out in 1996 by the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), this beautiful limited edition plate was decorated in the US with a Don Patterson painting showing a bald eagle with the American flag. The rim is trimmed in gold. This is plate number 5390 in an edition limited to 45 firing days. There is no certificate or original packaging with this plate. When packed for shipping, the weight will be just over 1 pound. Condition: Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or crazing. There is no apparent wear in the design, the gold trim, or on the bottom base ring. Shipping cost will be about $11 domestic and $16 to $23 international.
