From 1985, issued By Pemberton & Oakes, and with a design by Donald Zolan, this 7 1/2 inch collector plate is the fourth issue from the "Children and Pets Collection," and is titled "Tender Beginnings." A beautiful plate that comes with all the original documentation and packaging, and is a limited edition (limited to 28 firing days) plate. This is plate number 2293E.
