"The Traveling Salesman" is the first issue in Rockwell's Salesman Series, issued in 1977 by Gorham China in a limited edition. The plate image is based on the Brown & Bigelow calendar series of 1964.� The plate measures just under 10 3/4 inches in diameter and has a thick gold trim on the rim.� The information on the back is in gold lettering within a gold circle.� This is plate number 4563 out of a total of 7500 plates issued.� The original plastic wrapper and Styrofoam packaging is included, but not the original box, and my understanding is that a certificate was not issued with this plate.

Condition of this plate is like new, with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, or other flaws.� There may be a couple pinpoint black spots on the bottom base ring.�
