It will normally increase the value to collectors, how much is always difficult to determine. If memory serves, this series was not released with double signatures and Donald Zolan is a popular artist, so in my opinion it would probably add $10 to the value.

In addition to the original artists signature in green on the bottom left, my plate also has a hand painted signature in gold on the top center. Does this add to the value?
